You don’t have a time management problem. You have a capacity problem.

Why It Works:

You've been told to plan better, meditate more, "just focus". However, you can't out-organize a dysregulated nervous system. These practices teach your body to feel safe enough to slow down- and that's when your brain starts to work for you, not against you.

Michele Oelking, MSW, PCC, AAC

For years, you've been the master of masking. On the outside, you're a driven, high-achieving professional. On the inside, you're drowning in a sea of to-dos, running on a cycle of anxiety-fueled productivity and crashing exhaustion. I know this cycle intimately because I lived it, too.

Like many of the women I coach, I built a successful career while navigating a late diagnosis of ADHD and anxiety rooted in developmental trauma. For years, I tried to "out-think" the problem with cognitive work alone, but true, lasting change only came when I addressed the root cause: nervous system dysregulation.

My name is Michele Oelking. As an ICF Certified Coach specializing in ADHD and trauma, I blend nearly 25 years of experience in social work and leadership with a deep, integrative approach. Using tools from neuroscience, somatic work, and IFS, I help neurodiverse women like you move beyond surface-level hacks. My purpose is to guide you from the "go, go, crash" cycle to a place of steady focus, peace, and embodied well-being, allowing you to flourish in every aspect of your life.

Warmly,

Michele
