I’m an ICF coach certified in ADHD and trauma work.

My educational background in Cultural Anthropology and Social Work informs my approach using both an individual and systemic lens. I have close to 25 years of experience in coaching, consulting, leadership, therapy, program development, staff development, training, and facilitation. To support my clients, I integrate Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, IFS, somatic work, ancestral wisdom and spirituality in my offerings.

Like many people I’ve coached, I was labeled with ADD and Anxiety from chronic developmental trauma. After years of cognitive work alone, I began the journey for myself and clients into mind, body, and spiritual practices. By addressing pervasive nervous system dysregulation and energetics, I found lasting transformational change. My purpose is to support other neurodivergent folks to do the same.
