If you're neurodivergent, three shifts in how you work with your nervous system will do more than another decade of managing symptoms — and this training walks you through all three.

“When I started coaching, I was numb, exhausted, and fragile. I would lash out at my family and could barely find motivation to work. After working with Michele, I was able to use my internal experience and awareness to begin to shift. After accepting the collective pressures we have as women, I felt less isolated. I was able to understand how I move up and down nervous system states and adopt concrete strategies to support my regulation. Once I understood how to set and maintain healthy boundaries, I began to have space and capacity for my loved ones. Now, I feel more alive. I feel joy in my day to day. I feel inspired to use my energy to pour into the next phase of my life."

Michele Gray (Oelking), MSW, PCC, AAC
You have built a career. The relationships. The version of the life you were told would feel like enough. Somewhere between the strategy, the calendar, and the next thing you tried, your body stopped cooperating.
You are not doing it wrong. No one has taken you to the layer underneath the layer.
I am Michele Gray, MSW, PCC, AAC. I have spent twenty-six years working at the intersection of ADHD, trauma, and the nervous system. Over the years I've supported individuals, teams, and organizations. I've coached thousands of clients at this point including leaders at top companies such as Salesforce, Meta, Google, Twilio, Chevron, TikTok, Fidelity Investments, JP Morgan Chase, and the US Military.
I know this terrain not only as a practitioner, I live it. My own neurodivergent system is what brought me to this work, and what keeps me honest about what actually helps. My clients are women who have done everything right and still cannot figure out why the ceiling keeps appearing.
The answer has never been a better hack. It has always been what is actually happening in your body that no one told you to address. That is what these three days are built to show you.
You are not here to cope. You are here to build something that lasts.
Warmly,
Michele
